Some of the clients who have put their trust in us:

BMW

Amelior trained and coached product management, technical management and teams in the development of autonomous driving, navigation and localisation. The training and coaching topics included product development, leadership development, innovation, organizational design, team building and collaboration, agile vendor cooperation and change management. Amelior guided the implementation and adaptation of LeSS (Large Scale Scrum) within BMW, extending the scope within product management and general management from Sprint Planning to product roadmapping and release planning, and coaching on the evolution of leadership roles and responsibilities. The work included integration with traditional product lifecycle processes, hardware and software, adaptive estimation within a fixed time, and improved decision making skills, necessary in highly self-managing and competitive environments, and was very rewarding!

Mercedes benz

We provided a small and expert team of organizational architects, agile coaches and change managers to engage with Mercedes Benz to help to bring about autonomous driving. The engagement has included executive, product management and team training and coaching, as well as workshop facilitation and organizational design. The work included in-depth interviews of key actors in the pre-existing organisation, and in-depth coaching of teams and leaders, as well as stakeholders, in the new organisation.

The engagement included the planning, co-design and facilitation of a novel team self-design event in which 29 new teams were formed by the team members, themselves, as a part of Flixbus’ growth and organizational transformation.
